How to Order & Shipping Info
We aim to package and despatch all Memorial Rock orders within 48 hours. Shipment of a memorial rock generally takes between 8-14 business days areas within New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. If the receiver is unavailable our courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. We apologise as we cannot deliver our memorial rock to a PO Box address.
Please do not hesitate to email us at admin@memorialrocks.com.au to discuss about your product and delivery requirements. You may also request to have us call you before purchasing or you can call us on +61413770272 (Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm AEST). We can also communicate through WhatsApp if that would be more convenient for you.
We accept payments online through major credit cards, Shop Pay, Paypal and Afterpay.
How to Order on our website
Payment of order can be made easily and securely with Credit Card, Paypal or Afterpay.
To view our urn products for international delivery, simply select Export Range Collection and Small Bronze Plaques on the home page or from the top menu under Our Memorial Rocks.
Then click your chosen product to view.
- Check to make sure the Product Descriptions are correct then Click "Add to Cart" on your chosen product.
- To continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping", do step 1 again for each other item you want to add to your cart.
- To see your order or add notes/instructions, click "View cart" or select the shopping trolley icon, confirm your quantity.
- You can add your notes or perhaps wordings for the plaque in the Order Note box.
- Then to pay, click "Check Out"
- On Check Out, complete the contact information form provided. Please include your email address and contact phone number.
- Select your shipping method (if applicable).
- Select your payment method.
