How to Order & Shipping Info

FREE shipping within the USA and New Zealand.

We aim to package and despatch all Memorial Rock orders within 48 hours. Shipment of a memorial rock generally takes between 8-12 business days areas within New Zealand and the United States of America. If the receiver is unavailable our courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. We apologise as we cannot deliver our memorial rock to a PO Box address.

You may also request to have us call you before purchasing or you can call us on 011 61 413770272 for US customers or 00 61 413770272 for NZ customers (Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm AEST). 

We accept payments through major credit cards, Shop Pay and Paypal.

 

How to Order on our website

Payment of order can be made easily and securely with Credit Card or through Paypal. 

To view our products, select Catalogue option in our top menu or simply choose a collection from the Collection List. Then click your chosen product to view.

  1. Check to make sure the Product Descriptions are correct (e.g No Plaque option, or Include a Bronze Plaque option, if applicable) Click "Add to Cart" on your chosen product.
  2. To see your order or add notes/instructions, click "View cart" or select the shopping trolley icon, confirm your quantity.
  3. You can add your notes or perhaps wordings for the plaque in the Order Note box.
  4. Then to pay, click "Check Out"
  5. To continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping", do step 1 again for each other item you want to add to your cart.
  6. On Check Out, complete the contact information form provided. Please include your email address and contact phone number.
  7. Select your shipping method (if applicable).
  8. Select your payment method.
